For most events, booking at least five weeks in advance is recommended to guarantee your requested date and color availability. Any requests that are three weeks or less will require full payment and will be subject to a 15-20% rush fee to cover expedited shipping from our balloon suppliers if balloon color availability is low. If you are at least 3-4 months out from your event date and do not know all of the details just yet, send us an email or text about your save the date option! Once submitted we will contact you via email within 1-2 business days to confirm availability. This form does not guarantee services, this is the first step to securing your spot!
