Terms & Conditions
Please read these Policies (“Terms, “Terms of Service”, “Policies”) carefully before using any services provided by Daisy’s Party House. Your use of these services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
By commissioning Daisy’s Party House services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you should not use these services. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
Booking
Any event is only considered booked after payment (50% retainer or full amount) is made. If the client allows quotes/invoice to expire, it is understood that the event date and time will be made available to other clients and any discount or special promotion applied will be removed.
Payments & Retainer
The initial payment (50% of the total balance) reserves the event date and time and is required if the event is scheduled four weeks or more prior to the event. If your event is booked less than four weeks, you will be required to pay in full at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the day of your event.
Payments Accepted
Payments can be made with credit card. Failure to make initial retainer payment or remaining payments by the due date will result in the following:
Invalidation and removal of any applicable discounts, special promotions, complimentary services, etc.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Daisy's Party House recognizes that plans can and do change (e.g. illness, death of loved one). The Client maintains the right to cancel at any time, however, a cancellation fee may be subject if we purchased supplies to build your décor, started working on your décor or turned down other work to decorate your event. If the client cancels an event is one of the following fees applies:
100% refund for orders canceled more than 30 days or more in advance of the event date, or
50% refund for orders canceled 14-29 days in advance of the event date or
No refund for orders canceled less than 14 days prior of the event date. Daisy’s Party House will gladly offer a store credit for later use.
Reductions or changes (adding/deleting décor pieces and color changes) cannot be made on orders after payment has been accepted. Additions will be subject to approval depending on the timeframe.
The client does have an option to reschedule their event at a later date at the convenience of Daisy’s Party House. Any date changes must be placed in writing and emailed to Britt@daisyspartyhouse.com to secure the new date. If available, Daisy’s Party House will need to receive a signed event date rescheduling form to complete availability confirmation. Depending upon when this request is received and how far out the new event date will be, you may be subject to a non-refundable rescheduling fee of $150.00 if your design has been started or completed.
If we are not available, we will follow the cancellation fee schedule above. We will do our best to accommodate you and your needs.
Rental Time Periods
Rental rates are for a one-day event, if Client wishes to rent a party rental for more than one day, each day after the first day is an additional 50% of the total rental rate of the items rented.
Delivery & Installations
A two-hour minimum is required for any setup on-site. Our delivery and installation charge fee depend on the location of the event and the complexity of the set-up. This requires additional working hours, travel time, truck rental and staff, in addition to careful work at the moment of handling our equipment.
Arrival
Access to event location must be secured and confirmed by client to ensure timely setup. Daisy’s Party House will arrive onsite within the hour of installation time specified. Daisy’s Party House cannot be held responsible for delays (or incomplete services) if a reasonable amount of time is not allowed to complete services as described in invoice. A Delivery & Installation Fee will be added to all orders.
No Access to Location
Any blockage (i.e. blockage caused by inclined weather such as unshoveled snow, down trees, power lines, construction, hostile environment, etc.) that prevents access to the event location will be subject to rescheduling in delivery/balloon installation time at the convenience of Daisy’s Party House. If Daisy's Party House is unable to reschedule, we will follow the cancellation schedule above.
Removal
Removal is included in all delivery & installation fees that require framework. All embellishments and framework are the property of Daisy’s Party House and these items will be collected during the teardown of the event. The customer is fully responsible for providing timely access to the event area for teardown. Should all equipment and materials not be available to retrieve from the location, the customer will be responsible for the replacement costs of the missing equipment or material. The client is responsible for all losses due to theft, vandalism, misplacement, or damage. In the event that our equipment is damaged, misplaced or stolen, the client agrees to be billed for the repair or replacement cost of the item(s). Pickup times requested after 9pm Sunday-Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday will have an additional fee added to delivery costs.
Outdoor Events
We use high-quality products and make every possible effort to ensure that your décor will meet or exceed your expectations. However, due to the general nature of balloons, we cannot guarantee that your balloons will remain perfect and intact when used outdoors. Some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected and will also be adversely affected by wind, rain, rough handling, extreme heat, and other uncontrollable factors. Extreme winds, rain, wet grounds, rough handling, extreme heat, and other uncontrollable factors also affect our party rentals. All outdoor performance must be conducted in a safe manner and there must be an indoor contingency plan due to rain or high winds. In the event of cancellation/rescheduling without such a contingency, the customer agrees to compensate Daisy’s Party House with the full payment.
Helium Balloons
To get the best use out of Helium-filled designs we strongly recommend that you use them for indoor only. Unfortunately, their behavior and movement are very unpredictable, and they are likely to blow around in the wind, lose their form or pop!
Sun Damage
It is worth noting that if balloons are left in the sun, the balloon can start to fade. If temperatures are extreme, be sure to know balloons may pop.
Safety Warnings
Balloons can cause a choking hazard and once the balloons have been delivered Daisy’s Party House no longer accepts any liability, children should be monitored to ensure they do not suck helium or swallow balloon particles. Balloons in swimming pools can damage the filter system and Daisy’s Party house does not assume any responsibility for pool equipment if damaged.
Promotional Usage
It is agreed that Daisy’s Party House may display and use video and photographs from event for website, internet, and any other purposes thought appropriate. All video or photographs are subject to be posted on all social networking sites for promotional purposes only. The Client may advise Daisy’s Party House in writing of any photos or videos he/she wishes not to be publicized.
Disclaimer
We use professional equipment and material as intended for its particular purpose within all designs. To limit your risk of damage we recommend that all décor and items remain in the position and location they are ordered for, installed in, or placed in. If client decides to move framework and décor, they are moving them at their own risk of injury, equipment, and property damage. Please do not use or place any décor designed for indoor use outdoor or outside of covered 4-wall framed structures.
Termination
This agreement of Daisy’s Party House to perform shall be excused by acts of God, or any other reasonable act or event beyond Daisy’s Party House control (e.g. interruption of electrical power or equipment failure). If such circumstances arise, Client shall receive a full refund of all fees paid to Daisy’s Party House.
Legal
If claims for damages, injury or loss arise concerning the equipment, its use, transportation, keeping, malfunction, or loading, you agree to indemnify Daisy’s Party House. You also acknowledge that you are solely liable for any charges related to such claims or contract terms, including collection fees, attorney or court costs and expenses that Daisy’s Party House incurs while enforcing these terms and conditions, except, for gross negligence on the part of Daisy’s Party House.
